1. Website accessibility commitment
Perfect Living is building a premium property services website that should be easy to read, navigate and use on mobile and desktop. We aim to use clear headings, readable typography, meaningful links, descriptive buttons, structured page layouts, sensible colour contrast, mobile-friendly navigation and alt text for meaningful images. Because the website includes service pages, Home School lessons, legal policies, booking links, WhatsApp buttons, review widgets and third-party tools, accessibility must be considered across the full customer journey, not only on the homepage. We regularly improve layout, font sizes and contrast where usability problems are identified.
2. Customer communication accessibility
Customers may contact Perfect Living through phone, WhatsApp, online forms, booking links and written messages. We try to keep communication clear and practical, especially where customers are dealing with stressful property issues such as leaks, no access, tenant problems, emergency cleaning, guest turnover or urgent repairs. Customers who need information repeated, written down, simplified or sent through a different available channel should tell us. We cannot guarantee every third-party platform is fully accessible, but where possible we will provide a practical alternative contact route.
3. Limits and third-party tools
Some parts of the website may rely on third-party services such as review widgets, maps, booking systems, payment providers, social links or embedded forms. These services are controlled by their providers and may have their own accessibility limitations. Perfect Living will choose tools with practical customer experience in mind, but we cannot directly fix every third-party interface. If a third-party form, button, widget or booking route is difficult to use, customers should contact us by phone or WhatsApp so we can try to assist.
4. Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is not a one-time task. As Perfect Living expands its Home School, service pages, legal pages, area pages, calculator and future customer dashboard, the website should continue improving. We may review readability, keyboard navigation, link clarity, mobile spacing, image alt text, page structure, form labels and contrast. User feedback is valuable because real customers often identify problems that design reviews miss. We will prioritise fixes that affect booking, contact, legal information, pricing, safety guidance and essential service pages.
5. Feedback
If any part of the website is difficult to read, navigate or use, customers can contact Perfect Living through the published contact routes. Helpful feedback includes the page address, device type, browser, what went wrong and what the customer was trying to do. We will review accessibility feedback in a practical way and consider improvements as part of the website's ongoing development. This statement does not guarantee that every page or third-party tool will be perfect at all times, but it records the company's intention to keep improving usability.
Send the booking reference, property address and the issue in writing.
Written communication gives both sides a clear record of the request, the agreed scope and any evidence needed for review.
