A new look is only the beginning. These illustrative situations show how the website, words and follow-up can work together.
Familiar situations, illustrated. Not customer testimonials.
01 / The website
They like your work. Then they open your website.
Picture a business owner in Dubai sending a prospect the company website. The work is good. The link is less convincing: an old service list, a form that asks too much and photographs from a different chapter of the company.
A redesign should close that gap. Start with the customer’s questions: do you solve my problem, can I see the standard of your work, and what happens if I get in touch?
We can shape the page structure, copy, identity and imagery around those decisions. Service pages get a clear purpose. Enquiry forms ask for useful information. Mobile visitors should not need to hunt for the next step.
A finished website is not a promise of new revenue. It is a better place to send the attention your business earns—and a clearer starting point for measuring what happens next.
A camera roll full of work. A profile that says very little.
The photographs exist. So do the ideas. What is missing is the hour between running the business and deciding what to post.
An Instagram plan should not be a grid of interchangeable slogans. The useful material is often closer: a finished detail, a question customers keep asking, the preparation nobody sees, the person responsible for the work.
We can turn approved material into a content plan, captions, posts and Reels. The brief defines what can be shown, who approves it and whether you need a one-off content batch or ongoing account management.
Consistency does not mean posting for the sake of it. It means a new visitor can recognise the business and understand why its work matters.
The click arrives. Who owns the next five minutes?
Someone sees the advert, opens the page and asks a sensible question. The campaign has done one part of its job. Now the business has to do the next.
Before more budget goes into Google or Meta, the offer, landing page and enquiry route need to agree. An attractive advert cannot explain a confusing service or recover a message nobody notices.
We can scope the creative, landing page, tracking and handoff together. Advertising spend remains separate from management fees. Budgets and changes need an agreed owner; results need actual reporting, not a promise in a proposal.
Sometimes the next improvement is a better headline. Sometimes it is making sure a real person knows a customer is waiting.
A useful proposal starts with the right questions. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or payment.
What affects the price?
The deliverables, content volume, design and technical complexity, integrations, revision allowance and ongoing support. We scope those details before proposing a price.
Are advertising and software costs included?
Platform advertising spend is separate from our service fee. Hosting, subscriptions, licensed assets, filming and other third-party costs are identified in the proposal when relevant.
Who owns the accounts and finished work?
Your platform accounts remain yours. The proposal defines which assets, source files and usage rights are handed over, along with any third-party licences or dependencies.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, access, content readiness and review turnaround. We confirm milestones after reviewing the brief rather than promise a deadline before seeing the work.
